Mastatest G3 is our latest hardware technology. The improved user interface is easy to spot, but in addition to that it is packed full of features and enhancements that might not be quite so obvious to the eye.

Digital Interface:

The first thing you'll spot is the updated user interface. Set-up and connecting to WiFi is a breeze, following the onscreen set-up wizard.

It's also now incredibly fast and intuitive to start a test. The cartridge type is auto-identified, then it's just a few clicks to enter the sample ID and you're done.

What is not so obvious is that the change in the software means there is a 2-way data sync between the cloud and the Lapbox. This means that you can edit or cancel samples on the Lapbox or in the portal, and those changes are automatically applied to both locations.

Easier to Maintain:

A bit of milk can get spilled occasionally, that's to be expected. With this new iteration of Lapbox, we've made it incredibly easy to clean and maintain your hardware. It's a 2 minute job to lift off the top section, give the interior a wipe, and then slot it back together. The exterior is built tough - to deal with the farm environment.

On the inside, the camera is auto-focusing, and we've enabled remote system analytics and servicing.

Robust Performance:

Power and internet outages can be a fact of life on the farm. With G3, the system has offline capability, meaning that during outages it can store images locally, and automatically upload them when the connection is restored.

The upgraded computing power also means images are uploaded almost instantly, and data is automatically synced 2-way between the Lapbox and the cloud.

Trusted analytical process remains the same:

The 'behind the scenes' testing and analytical process is exactly the same. After you've started a test, you Lapbox incubates the sample, and sends data to the cloud for analysis.

At the right moment, we analyze the data, and send back the interpreted results on pathogen, antibiotic sensitivity and a treatment recommendation. This all happens within 24 hours. Your data is saved in the online customer portal, that you can access 24/7 to see results, download reports, and further interrogate your farms data.
